Die Arbeit des IFAW

Seit den 60er Jahren setzt sich der IFAW dafür ein, das grausame Abschlachten von Robben zu beenden. 1985 konnte er ein Einfuhrverbot für weiße Felle von neugeborenen Robben erreichen. Heute ist der IFAW mit Büros in 15 Ländern eine der führenden Tierschutzorganisationen der Welt. Selbstverständlich auch in Kanada.
